Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What is included in the rental fee? Are there any additional costs?

The rental fee is for the property itself. As we do not have a covered structure on our grounds, we will need to rent a tent as well as all tables, chairs, linens, plates, glasses & silverware for your event based on your vision. Your Event Coordinator can assist you with the rental order to ensure all of your needs have been met.

2. I am interested in reserving the farm for my upcoming event. What are my next steps?

We recommend that you discuss an all-inclusive catering proposal with one of our Event Coordinators before reserving the space to ensure you understand all associated costs. From that point, in order to reserve the space, the full rental fee is due as a non-refundable deposit. You may pay the deposit via cash or check. All deposit payments should be made payable to Three Leaf Farm & mailed or delivered to 445 S. 112th St. Lafayette, CO 80027.

3.  Are there bathrooms on property?

There is 1 bathroom on property which can be made available to parties of less than 25 guests. For larger groups, your Event Coordinator can help reserve a portalet for you. We recommend at least 1 portalet per every 40 guests.

4.  Are decorations allowed? When can we come in to decorate for our event?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring decorations as we understand that you would like to add personalized touches to our property. We just ask that you do not drill, nail or staple into any of the buildings on property as to uphold their integrity & to not disturb our animals. You, your family &/or friends may arrive early on the morning of your event to decorate the space. There is a $100 decoration deposit, which will be returned in full as long as all decorations are removed by 10am the day after your event. If the decorations are not removed by 10am, the deposit will be kept & there will be an additional service charge of $25/hour for Three Leaf employees to remove any leftover decorations.

5.  Are we allowed to bring in a band or a DJ?

Yes, you may have up to a 5 piece band or a DJ for your event. We have limited power in our kitchenette & can make 1 outlet available for their power needs. They must bring in their own extension cords based on their set-up requirements. We recommend they join us on our final walk-thru to ensure all details have been arranged accordingly.

Food Service & Catering

Groups are free to bring in brown bag lunch to the farm, or we are happy to offer catering services using one of our own restaurants.  Other catering companies are not permitted at the farm.

We grow a wide variety of organic vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers on our property that we would love to incorporate into your event. Our Event Coordinators work directly with our farmer & chefs to plan our creative seasonal menus. They can also assist you with the planning of all rental equipment, as well as staffing based on your desired atmosphere.

Please contact our Three Leaf Catering office to inquire about specific menu options, date availability & to receive an all-inclusive catering proposal. Our offices are open from 9a-5p Monday thru Friday. We can be reached at 303.862.8584 or info@threeleafcatering.com.

We look forward to hearing from you!
