Menus & Dietary Restrictions - It takes a labor of love for us to create the delicious and relaxing outdoor dining experience of one of our farm dinners. Please understand that our farm dinners are made according to both Mother Nature’s and our Chef’s whims on the date of the event. We do not offer menus in advance. We are always happy to accommodate restrictions when notified at least 2 Weeks in advance, including: vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free meals or other allergies. Dietary restrictions will NOT be accommodated on the day of the dinner. We recommend the Farm Dinners for people with broad, brave, adventurous tastes, and we invite and welcome other folks who are more discriminating into one of our five local restaurants for a more individual experience. Farm dinners are not a great choice for people who are particular about their food.
Wine & Beer: Colorado law prohibits us from obtaining a liquor license to sell wine. We partner with local wineries and breweries to offer on-site wine sales on the day of the event. Please see the individual dinners to learn more about the partnering winery and please DO NOT BRING YOUR OWN.
Animals at the Farm: Three Leaf Farm is a working farm and includes animals such as horses, goats, dogs, chickens, ducks, and cats. Visitors to the farm will be exposed to these animals. Please do not bring your dog to the farm.
Children : are very welcome at all farm dinners but there is no discount rate for children. Children must be supervised at all times. Babies and Toddlers who will share your food have no charge.
Reservations and Waitlist: Our dinners sell out quickly so please reserve early. Should the event be full, let us know and we will place you on the waitlist.
Weather: our farm dinners are held Rain or Shine. In the event of Rain, the tables will be in covered with tents or in the barn.
Cancellation: we accept cancellation 14 days in advance of the dinner with a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will be refunded if we are able to fill your spot. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Each of these can be reserved for up to 12 people with an additional charge for the group, regardless of size, of $200. Reservations of the Gazebos are non-refundable, as we’re sure you can understand that once reserved many people have been turned away. Please email for availability.
