About

Coal Creek in Lafayette, Colorado at Three Leaf Farm

Nestled along the Coal Creek just outside Boulder, Colorado, we founded the farm in 2010 to grow organic herbs and vegetables for our restaurants and our tea company. 100% of our harvest is used in our restaurants and for our exclusive tea blends. Designated a Botanical Sanctuary by United Plant Savers in 2013, Three Leaf Farm is an education center dedicated to highlighting the importance of sustainable food systems and living in harmony with nature. In addition to our seasonal bounty and year-round workshops, we hosts festivals, farm dinners, and private events throughout the year. Three Leaf Farm is a private residence and is not open to the public.

Three Leaf Farm Botanical Sanctuary and Education Center is a haven for plant lovers and seekers of natural wisdom. The sanctuary's diverse collection of native and cultivated plants, lovingly tended by a dedicated team of farmers and herbalists, creates an oasis of biodiversity. Visitors are invited to explore winding paths that lead to medicinal herb gardens, aromatic culinary gardens, and tranquil meditation spaces. The education center further enhances the experience by offering workshops, seminars, and hands-on demonstrations, empowering individuals to deepen their connection with the natural world.
