Founded in 2010 by Tom and Kristy Horst. Crystal Springs Brewing Company aims to create the best beer possible while uniting people and communities. We are passionate about beer and people. What started as the first licensed garage brewery has grown into a small brewery nestled in Louisville, CO.

Three Leaf Farm Dinner Tour
Led by our knowledgeable and passionate farm staff, a short tour takes you through the farm's various operations. As you visit the fields, you’ll see our commitment to sustainable agriculture and regenerative farming practices. We also welcome guests to walk around the farm independently to meet our happy horses, goats, chickens and ducks, and to explore and enjoy our unique Medicine Trail.  We recommend arriving about 30 minutes early in order to have time to explore the farm and purchase wine.

Due to Colorado liquor licensing laws, we partner with local providers for our alcoholic beverages. For this dinner we are partnering with Crystal Springs Brewery.

SPECIALTY SEATING: GAZEBOS

We have two enchanting and intimate Gazebos that can be reserved during farm dinners for parties up to 12 people. With their private settings and stunning views, the gazebo seating at Three Leaf Farm dinners transforms meals into unforgettable experiences, fostering connections and creating cherished memories. Each of these can be reserved for an additional non-refundable charge of $200. To check availability and reserve one of our specialized dining options, RESERVE HERE. Please note: you MUST purchase tickets to the dinner before your reservation for the specialized dining will be honored.

Cancellation Policy:  Reservations are fully refundable up until two weeks before the event. Cancellations within the two weeks prior to the event may be refundable if we are able to fill your spot.  Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are Non-refundable.  Cancellations due to Covid are no longer refundable, as there are no local restrictions in place.

No tickets will be mailed.  Your receipt is your ticket.  When you arrive, check in at our welcome table.
