April 23, 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm
This introductory workshop is being held through the Boulder Valley School District LIfelong Learning Program, and is a great choice for anyone who’d like an introduction to the world of herbs, growing and cultivating herbs for their own personal use. This class does not go into the same depth as some of our other workshops but is a great starting point for anyone new to the world of herbs.
The LIfelong Learning Catalog:
Cultivate, harvest and store common medicinal plants that are easy to grow along the Front Range. Promote wellness and healing for you and your family by making simple medicines including teas, tinctures and ointments using ingredients from your own garden and kitchen. Herbal medicines are a time-tested way to keep your family healthy and address minor illnesses and issues.
