Your Healing Garden
May 11 | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
May 11, 10 am – 12 pm
May is the perfect time to start seeds for your gardens. In this workshop, participants will learn about 12 medicinal plants that grow easily in the Colorado foothills. A brief discuss about how to plan a garden will be followed by information about the herbs themselves, and how to use them to make medicine for yourself and your family.
Participants will review how to cultivate, harvest, and process the plants, and will get a general outline about how to make teas, tinctures, and oil.
Each participant will have the opportunity to plant a variety of seeds to take home with them as well.
- $65 per person.
- Please note classes are held in the barn and both dogs and cats will be in the class space.
- Cancellations made within two weeks of the workshop are non-refundable for any reason, but are transferable.
