This popular workshop is back again to teach everyone, from novice to experienced chef, how to  master the art of making nutritious and medicinal bone broth.
In class we will discuss basics such as what materials to use, where to get them, and how to prepare them for maximum nutrient density. Students will learn the difference between meat stock and
bone broth, a crucial key for anyone working with food sensitivities, digestive issues, or chronic illness. Lastly, we will cover the best culinary and medicinal herbs to use in broth and why.
