We are thrilled to offer this brand new workshop all about bringing medicinal herbs and wholesome foods into the kitchen to heal the body.
In this class we will observe how the kitchen is truly a place of power. The foods we choose to bring into the kitchen form the foundation of our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
Students will learn about bioindividuality and the basic foundations of healthy diet. We will discuss how to discern your own unique constitution and how to make the most beneficial choices
for you .We will also discuss simple techniques to make meals more digestible, nutrient dense, and even therapeutic. We will learn about a variety of medicinal herbs and superfoods and how to begin
using them in your everyday meals to improve energy, vitality, immunity, digestion, and libido.
We’ll review a wide variety of recipes including herbal vinegars, butters, sauces, dips, snacks, soups, and so much more .
