To make bath teas –

Blend all the herbs is an large bowl.  Using a sock, or a stocking, fill about 1/2  cup of the herbal blend  and place into a hot bath.  Do not put the herbs directly into the water, as they will cause a mess!  You can also use a large tea ball, but you want to make sure you’ve got enough herbs in the tea to access their medicinal properties.

Leftover herbs can be stored in a mason jar for about a year and used as needed.

1/4 cup chamomile

1/4 cup lemon balm

1/4 cup passionflower

1/4 cup skullcap

1/4 cup spearmint

1/4 cup lavender

1/4 cup oatstraw


Rejuvenation Bath Tea

1/4 cup rosemary

1/4 cup peppermint

1/4 cup gingko

1/4 cup lemongrass

1/4 cup white peony tea

1/4 cup sunflower

1/4 cup calendula
