This class is all about how to soak, sprout, and sour your grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. This is crucial information that will transform the way students prepare and cook their meals, oftentimes making the entire process much quicker.
Students in this class will learn how to properly prepare these foods for ease of digestion and maximum nutrient absorption. Folks with food sensitivities may be surprised to learn the true reason behind the sensitivity and how they can stop it from happening.
We will have lots of fun as we prepare a delicious, sprouted lunch together!
Students will take home a sample of their choosing. All supplies and ingredients are included.
