Making Jams and Jellies

The height of the harvest season is the perfect time to stock up on homemade jams and jellies to enjoy throughout the year.
Join us for a fun, hands-on workshop that will teach students how to craft their own delicious jams, jellies, and preserves. We will review both canning and fermenting as methods for preparing these yummy foods.
This workshop is limited to 8 participants so that each person has the opportunity to make their own jam to take home.
All supplies and ingredients are included.
$75.00 – covers all materials, participants will make 2 different kinds of jam.
Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled two weeks prior to the workshop. Cancellation refunds within two weeks of the event will be subject to whether or not we can fill the vacant spot in the workshop.
